A BITTER GERMANY FOR GO ELEVEN

A weekend full of unexpected, ups and downs for our riders.
Friday start well, Roman finds a good feeling but the rain arrived in the afternoon does not give him the chance to try to get into the superspole2, he try it again on Saturday morning but a issue at the gearbox limits him.
In race 1 made a good start, fighting immediately in the group for the top 10 then at 9 laps at the end the rear tire declined drastically and is forced to slow down.
In the second race use a harder tire, the choice pays and its rhythm is very fast for the whole race,at the end overtake DeRosa but can not attack Bradl.
Rea is immediately confirmed among the protagonists of the Lausitzring, fast and constant every turn, seems that no condition frightens him. In qualifying, the rear tire runs on the rim and triggers a vibration that throws it to the ground during his fastest lap. He recover six positions in the start, in the race he stays in the group until when lose the front, the steering close unexpectedly in curve 5 and his race ends there. Sin..
Watanabe uses friday to learn the track, here knowing how to manage the holes is very important, it’s not a simple circuit, saturday makes a big improvement and is ready to make a good race, then the weather conditions force it to choose the tire hard, this creates several problems, slips a lot in the corner entrance and must administer.

Roman Ramos 40 (WSBK race 2; 14th):“In the warm up we looked for a configuration that would allow us to be fast with the hard tire, the team did a great job and the race bike worked fine but I had to ffight with different problems on the end, and could not attack Bradl and Mercado. For us it is important to collect points at each race and even today we have succeeded.”

Roman Ramos 40 (WSBK race 1; 14th):” We had a good set up, after the bad luck of Superpole I knew that was important to start well, and I succeeded, but obviously we did wrong the choice of the tire, too soft and just when I wanted to attack it was already over, so I missed positions. We could do better but I’m happy for the bike, I think that in race 2 we can make a good race.”

Gino Rea 4 (WSS race; rit.):“I am very angry, unfortunately I can not give the blame to anyone but the fall of today was a pity, I do not know how it happened, later we will analyze the data to understand, I lost the front without reason. Anyway, confidence with the bike continues to increase and this is the only positive note that gives us confidence in the upcoming races.”

Kazuki Watanabe 26 (WSS race; 20th):The Rain of friday has taken away the time to learn this track, with all these bumps here is very important to know where to put the wheels and how to pander the asphalt. The soft tire gave me much more confidence but we would not finish the race, I was forced to mount the hard and i was not as fast as in the practices.”

Denis Sacchetti (Team Manager):“It was a very difficult weekend, this circuit is hiding several pitfalls but both in Supersport and in Superbike we had a good situation, good bikes with fast and constant riders. Unfortunately we have not been able to express our true value in the end of the final standings, we have readily resolved every unexpected but these have inevitably limited us.Now is important to stay motivated, we can make great races!”
