ROMAN IS EIGHTH AND CLIMBS UP IN THE WORLD STANDINGS. A POSITIVE WEEKEND FOR GINO AND KAZUKI

Incredible race at Donington Park, Roman Ramos centered the eighth place in race 2 that projecting him at just one point from the top 10 in the world standings. On Friday Roman missed for a few milliseconds the direct access to superpole 2, he try again in superpole 1 but makes a mistake and is forced to start from the 19 grid position. He does not worry about this, knowing that he have a good race pace and takes a good 11th place in Race 1 and an exciting 8th place in Race 2, after a move up of 11 positions … a real show! Puts a good moods the Supersport weekend, a re-found Gino Rea qualifies in 3rd place on Friday and took the third row in superpole 2. In the race Gino started good and moved into sixth in the first lap, but a wrong rear tyre prevented him of expressing his potential and he was forced to settle and finish the race as strong as possible. Watanabe on Friday takes feeling with the English track, constantly improving his lap time and in qualify lose the opportunity for a slower rider who did not permit him to finish his fast lap. Everything seems to be lost, starting from 26th is no  simple, but Kazuki attack and in only 13 laps overtake 11 riders, almost 1 on the lap, ending in the points area. The team has the high morale and ambitions ever more important, next stage Misano Adriatico.

Denis Sacchetti (Team Manager):“We have lived an important weekend here in England, surely not nice for Nicky’s recent disappearance, but very positive on the sports level for our team.In SBK comes a other confirmation of the competitivity of Roman and our bike, we are struggling in the important group and with a little more we can make a big step, but we know that more you get closer to the head and more it  comes difficult. Makes me happy review Gino and Kazuki competitive, from here we have reversed the route and although the end result did not reward us, we know that we were strong, so will be important to keep this motivation high to get the satisfaction that the whole team deserves from here to the end of the season!”
